Okay, my mom's back has been killing her lately.  She can't bend down to get things or get up from recliners.  I really was to do a spell that would help her back heal or at the very least, ease the pain.

The problem is: She's Christian, she doesn't believe in magick and I've read that you shouldn't ever do magick for someone without their consent/knowledge.  I hate seeing my mom suffer but I'm hesitant to do anything because of this.

I would love to have some advice.  Is this ethical?  What are the possible repercussions?  Any particular things to use in a spell like this?

I don't know how many artists are on CovenSpace but I figured this was important and I want to apologize before hand for language.

A new bill in congress called the Orphaned Art bill will require every peice of art we do (sketch, painting, photo etc...) to be registered (for a fee) and if you don't do this someone can USE YOUR ART FOR THEIR OWN GAIN and NOT GIVE YOU ANY CREDIT!!!!!!!!!!!! This goes for anyone in the USA or the UK

I this is the biggest peice of bullshit EVER! It is just an excuse for corporations to get money from art they've never seen or helped with. Ficking money grubbing vultures!

Anyways, write to congress and tell them that the law should not be passed! Though it doesn't seem to be up for debate (in congress) at the moment, it doesn't mean that it won't be later!

also No dad I don't want to have to pay a fee per art work of everything I have ever done just so someone might not steal it! My dad told me just to register.  I wonder if he realizes just how expensive that may be!

Yay I found a metaphysical shop near me!  Couldn't find it at first because it is someone's house.  Really nice woman, gives great advice, has a LOT of quartz crystals but takes only cash or checks.

Anyways we have had a ton of snow, I have not seen this much snow since I lived in Germany!  I love it, but I can't wait until spring/summer finally gets here, I really want to be able to work on my garden again at home. 

I am lazy, in fact I should be finishing up comp homework that is due tomorrow instead of bugging my snails and writing in this journal. My inner procrastinator has taken over my brain and is telling me to surf the net and watch Gargoyles on YouTube! Bahh! I hate mondays.

Why do people put flyers of people's faces on the inside of bathroom stalls? It's creepy, especiall when the pic is looking down at me. IT'S FUCKING CREEPY!!!! TT.TT anywho I'm gonna go and finish homework. blah!
